DRYSUIT SERVICE REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We will gladly accept the return of service items due to defects in workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund for the value of the service plus shipping, or a free of charge repair will be given to the customer as deemed appropriate.
Servicing that is cancelled by the customer before work has commenced will be refunded in full.
We cover all products purchased through our dealer network with a limited 2 year warranty which excludes wear and tear and/or professional use.
Warranty products are repaired or replaced at our discretion and will require proof of purchase.
